"What am I supposed to do with all of these documents coming in?" My paralegal certificate course taught me the terminology, but not much about how to actually do the job. The Litigation Paralegal Bootcamp provides an excellent framework for the entire litigation life cycle so that now I know how I can add value at each step. Beyond that, Ann teaches not just what steps to follow, but how to really shine in your role and enjoy your work. Finally, she provides great resources and strategies that will equip me well to handle questions and challenges in the future. So glad I invested in myself and took this course.

I have been a paralegal for 35 years, nationally certified and sit on the paralegal certification Board for the SC Supreme Court. The E-Discovery Paralegal Boot Camp is a MUST for all paralegals in this day and time. It was worth it!

This course is what every paralegal job induction week should look like. Incredible amounts of tips and advice and just overall useful knowledge. These videos prevent you from going in blind to a new job, which, for me, is such a relief because the only thing you're thinking about when you're the new guy at work is "Oh god, I hope I don't screw up something and lose the case and get fired." The materials given in this course certainly help ease your mind about what you're supposed to be doing at each stage of the case you've been assigned. Cannot recommend this enough.

The challenge I've encountered since completing my paralegal certificate 2 years ago is...how shall I put this? Really just not knowing what my job is supposed to be, trying to reinvent the wheel without confirmation of whether I'm doing it correctly. "On-the-job-training" has meant I'm going to make my best guess under pressure with little or no guidance, and that's been hard for me because I care deeply about doing good work. Providing legal support feels like trying to assemble a 5,000-piece jigsaw puzzle without the picture on the outside of the box. I was looking for that picture on the box. The tools provided in this course are helping me understand where to focus my energy. I wish I'd known about you right out of school. The segment on production is a little vague in terms of what I actually encounter - probably more applicable in larger firms, but it's good reference. I got the most out of the master case book, discovery management, and e-discovery chapters. I think you are providing an enormous service to the profession by offering these classes - I haven't seen anything like them anywhere (and have a hard time understanding why not!) Good on you, Miracle Worker!

This course filled in all the gaps of information I needed to be able to do my job after being out of the legal profession for more than 14 years. The law and procedures had changed drastically in that time. I didn't know where to begin. I was surprised that so many Paralegals were doing their jobs based on how they were trained, not even knowing why they were doing it. I wanted to know the whys as well as the hows. This course gave me those answers and so many more.

Being a 20+ year paralegal, I thought I knew a great deal. However, your course taught me so much more. I would recommend this Bootcamp to any paralegal (brand new or veteran). It was awesome!
