As a plaintiff personal injury paralegal, you have an important role in the pre-litigation phase of your files.
The clients and the attorneys need you to quickly move those files forward towards the demand and settlement phase, but where do you start when you're managing 80+ active files?
This personal injury paralegal training course gives you the proactive case management techniques vital to your role working in a plaintiff's personal injury firm.
Our online training program starts with the initial client intake (by phone or in-person) and walks you through each step of the pre-litigation phase of a personal injury claim, all the way through the demand package and then filing the complaint if it doesn't settle.
Like all of our courses that give paralegals the tools to succeed, you'll receive a downloadable personal injury case checklist, tools, and lots of templates to use right away on your cases.
Some people say that we're addicted to checklists here at the Paralegal Boot Camp. They might be right. Because we know that when you're a personal injury case manager juggling 80+ files, the only way to stay sane is to stay organized.
We all know what happens when we're overworked and stressed. Things start to slip through the cracks. Mistakes get made. Then before you know it, the attorney starts to lose trust in your work.
The Personal Injury Paralegal Boot Camp gets you organized and streamlined with a comprehensive Personal Injury Case Management Checklist that will allow you to keep up with the high demands and high caseload numbers that are typical for a plaintiff's personal injury paralegal.
Don't wait for someone else to give you the support you need to master your role as a personal injury paralegal. This is your career. You get to decide how far you will go with it!
We make it easy for you to excel in your paralegal career with personal injury paralegal training from The Paralegal Boot Camp.

This course filled in all the gaps of information I needed to be able to do my job after being out of the legal profession for more than 14 years. The law and procedures had changed drastically in that time. I didn't know where to begin. I was surprised that so many Paralegals were doing their jobs based on how they were trained, not even knowing why they were doing it. I wanted to know the whys as well as the hows. This course gave me those answers and so many more.Read Less

At the Paralegal Boot Camp, we understand that a paralegal's time is valuable. You don't have the time to take a semester-long course to learn what you need to know to work as a personal injury paralegal.
And you especially don't have the time for a "Personal Injury Parlalegal 101" course that just skims the surface and tells you the basics of tort law. With this course, we're assuming you understand the basics already from your paralegal certificate program.
This personal injury course is for anyone looking to work in the personal injury practice area who wants to know how to manage the pre-litigation phase of their personal injury files.
In less than 6 hours, you will have all of the skills, and downloadable forms, to move your personal injury cases forward without deadlines slipping through the cracks.
How long will it take me to complete the course?
It will take approximately 5-6 hours to complete the entire course.
Do I have to finish the course all at once?
No. You can start and stop the course as often as you like. Only have 5 or 10 minutes? Jump in and watch a portion of a video or download some templates and checklists.
Is the course approved for CLE credits?
Yes, the course is approved for 6.0 CLE credits for paralegals. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to download a CLE certificate of completion.
How will I get access to the course?
After completing the checkout process, you will be immediately redirected to the course page to start the online course. You will also receive a confirmation email and receipt.
Does the course include litigation training?
This course focuses on personal injury case management in the pre-litigation phase (initial client intake through the demand/negotiation phase). However, the final module does include some information on filing the complaint and serving the initial discovery requests if the claim file does not settle after the demand letter is sent. If your role is a personal injury litigation paralegal, we recommend that you consider taking our Litigation Paralegal Boot Camp after this course.
Will I be able to download and edit the forms and checklists?
Yes, all of the forms, templates, and checklists are available for you to download. All of the files are in Word and Excel format so that you can edit them and use them as your own. Our personal injury checklist for paralegals was designed so that you can make sure that nothing slips through the cracks on your personal injury claim files.
