"On-the-job-training" has meant I'm going to make my best guess under pressure with little or no guidance, and that's been hard for me because I care deeply about doing good work. Providing legal support feels like trying to assemble a 5,000-piece jigsaw puzzle without the picture on the outside of the box. I was looking for that picture on the box. The tools provided in this course are helping me understand where to focus my energy. I wish I'd known about you right out of school. The segment on production is a little vague in terms of what I actually encounter - probably more applicable in larger firms, but it's good reference. I got the most out of the master case book, discovery management, and e-discovery chapters. I think you are providing an enormous service to the profession by offering these classes - I haven't seen anything like them anywhere (and have a hard time understanding why not!)     Beginning on January 20, 2025, you will receive access to one module each week for 4 weeks. The video lessons in the modules can be completed at your own pace.

  • Will I receive a certificate of completion?

    Yes. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to download a PDF of your certificate. A copy is kept inside your account to download another copy anytime.

  • How long will it take me to complete the course?

    The video lessons portion of the course will take you approximately 5 - 6 hours to complete. Additionally, there will be some hands-on assignments and work for you to do to supplement your learning. The time you choose to spend on those is entirely up to you.

  • Is the course presented on a certain day/time?

    No. The course lessons are on-demand so that you can take them at your own pace on a schedule that works for you. The live coaching calls are scheduled once per quarter at a specific day/time, but no worries if you can't attend them! We record them and upload them into your Course Dashboard to view at your convenience. You can also submit your questions in advance, Ann will answer them live and then you can view the recording to get your answer.

  • What if I can't complete the course?

    While the course is scheduled out over a period of 4 weeks, you have access to the course for one year. You can take the course on your schedule.
