Is the course approved for CLE credits?
Yes, the course is approved for 6.0 CLE credits for paralegals. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to download a CLE certificate of completion.

Does the course include litigation training?
This course focuses on personal injury case management in the pre-litigation phase (initial client intake through the demand/negotiation phase).
