Who is this course for?
This course is for any legal professional with a billable hour requirement, including associates, paralegals, litigation support professionals, staff attorneys, and more.

Can I just purchase one seat?
No, we do not sell individual seats. This course and coaching program is only available on a limited basis to law firm teams.

How long will it take me to complete the course?
There is approximately five (5) hours of video content (or live presentation time) for the main course. Please allow an additional 1-2 hours to complete other course-related work, and to jump in on a few live coaching calls that Ann Pearson holds throughout the year.

What are these live coaching calls?
Regardless of the format that you choose for your team, everyone is also invited to attend live coaching calls (like a Q & A session) with Ann Pearson throughout their one-year access period. We typically hold these every other month, depending on the demand and participation in each call.

Will I be able to download and edit the calculators?
Yes. All of the calculators are downloaded as Excel files that you can edit and keep forever.

Is the course approved for CLE credits?
No, we are not a CLE-approval company. The only organization that can approve a course for CLE credit is the organization through which you were certified.

Can you present this to our team live in our office?
Yes. One of the options for access to this coaching program is to have Ann Pearson present it live in your office as an all-day VIP workshop. Many law firms choose this option as their annual "retreat," or annual professional development event.

Ann Pearson is the Founder of the PRM Group and Paralegal Boot Camp®. Ann develops training programs exclusively for paralegals and other legal professionals. 
Ann has been helping law firms increase billable hours and draft better time entries for more than a decade.
Before founding the company in 2010, Ms. Pearson had 20 years of experience in the legal industry. Most recently, she was the paralegal manager at McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP, where she managed the paralegals, docket clerks, and case assistants in Atlanta, New York, and San Diego. Ann was able to significantly increase the profitability of McKenna’s paralegal group through methods that she has developed and defined for years inside the Billable Hour Boot Camp. Before her management position, Ann was a litigation paralegal for many years at an AmLaw 30 firm, working in the antitrust, product liability, and construction litigation practice areas.
Because Ann has been in the role of a paralegal and paralegal manager, and is now a business owner, she can give your team a unique perspective and the motivation to do better. She has heard all the same “excuses” that you have heard from “the other attorneys are hoarding the work” to “I don’t have any control over the amount of billable work that I receive.” This unique perspective allows her to reach through barriers that many timekeepers have about billable hours and time entry in general.
